Gardall Quick Ship: Large Vertical Microwave Safe

I think the Gardall Safe is great! The product is built well and easy to install. I did have a little trouble figuring it out at first, but after a friend who has a similar product, walked me through the steps, I was able to figure it out. I would definitely recommend this product.

i use the safe mostly for passports, papers and other small items. it is small but large enough for my needs. it has all the features I was looking for: hole in the bottom to bolt it to the floor, fire rating, fairly compact size and easy to open electronic lock. while this might not be the safest safe on the market it is certainly the best you can get for the money and more than sufficient for the home.

Just the right size. Easy to use.

Can accept up to two 6 digit codes. Codes can't be shorter. There is no key bypass. The batteries are on the outside so I guess at least you can replace them if they die. I received a 4" concrete anchor. Not long enough if you're going through carpet and padding. Bought longer Red Head and it went down fine. Seems to be pretty well made but the front electronic's and housing don't look very rugged.

Bolting down this safe requires some tools and drilling into the surface the safe will be sitting on. Hardware is included, but we used our own. The safe is made so that actually bolting it down is relatively easy. The bolt hardware does not impinge on the interior space. We might have liked even more fire protection and waterproofing, but those considerations were outweighed by space efficiency issues. The electronic keypad is very easy to set and use. We liked this safe enough to buy another one for a family member.

High quality, at very attractive price, easy installation

This product is used for personal valuables and meets the needs to a tee. I love the keypad and 6 digit combination that gives me a real feel of security. The ability to bolt the safe to floor, through the recessed hole in the middle of the floor made attachment extremely easy. The little insert cover kept the floor flat. Came highly recommended by local Locksmith, less than half the price at Wayfair.

This is a great safe. I have the manual combo. I didn't want to rely on electronics to guard my stuff. It will eventually fail. Manual will not. Would be nice to be able to set the combo...you cannot change it...but how hard is it to remember 4 numbers? Combo requires a series rotations...think highschool combo...but provided you could open your HS locker...you'll do fine with this. Inside is stark. I installed padding for protection. Included drawer is very basic and doesn't adjust. It is fairly heavy so keep that in mind. No issues so far at all with the safe. [...] Did not give this safe 5 stars because of drawer "basic-ness" and non-adjustment.

So far, it is easy to use and operate. It's small enough to make unnoticeable and it handles the current need. The inside dimensions are not suitable for many documents. The storage tray is okay but has limited uses. I do wish the burn rate was better as in most fires it's not the fire that causes problems to the safe's contents but rather the cool down period.

My wife and I are traveling in an RV and we needed a safe to hold our valuables and documents. As with most RV's room is limited but this safe fit nicely into a closet, I bolted it down and even made a shelf to fit over top of it. Works great, you can even have 2 separate codes to unlock the safe. It has a small slideout tray inside for change, jewelry, etc. Nice unit and very secure.
