Gardall Quick Ship: Gardall Fire And Burglary Safe

I was looking for a C-rated or RSC level safe for home security. This safe offered the higher RSC (Residential Security Container) that's tested and approved by UL. RSC is equivalent to TL-5 rating for jewelry business safes. It came with a 3/8" concrete anchor bolt that looked undersized. I bought a 1/2" anchor bolt from hardware store and mounted securely to the ground. The digital keypad is simple to operate. It's has a glass re-locker for added security.The three active bolts are kinda cheesy if you open the inside cover. I wish this was make better but it keeps manufacturing costs down. Overall I believe this is the best value for security and size on the market today.

I was going to buy this from here but the price jumped 325 overnight. Dont buy this safe from here do a google search and youd find it much cheaper.

Love this safe but would say splurge for the fancy lock. The combination is a pain!

For the money, I think this is about the best safe one can get. I like its heavy weight, simplicity of use. and fairly large interior capacity. It was not easy to install, one has to be extremely careful locating the security bolt--there isn't much wiggle room if you have a couple of surrounding walls. This is a fine product that I would recommend to anyone. I have no particular interest in Gardall Safes or Wayfairs.

I did my homework before upgrading our home safe(s) to this exact product. The bottom line, this is the best value in terms of three distinct areas of concern (at least for me): 1. Burglary 2. Fire protection 3. Interior space

our main concern was a safe which offered optimum protection in a fire, was difficult to break into and most importantly could not be moved from the premises.

After owning 2 Sentry safes, this Gardall safe is far more secure. For the size, price, and security, you won't find a better product. An RSC rating and a 1 hour UL fire rating with this amount of space is great. To bolt this safe down you will need help. It's weight is an attribute except when you are moving it, or trying to lift it up over the bolt. As a side comment, do NOT buy a Sentry safe with an electronic lock. It will not last and you will get no help from Sentry.

I highly recommend you upgrade to the Plantimun Glove Service as we did if you order the larger size safes. Everything went smoothly form order to installation!
