Norwood Hubbell founded Fleetwood in 1955 with two inspirations. First, he was convinced his calling was to lead a company that would provide funding for missionaries struggling to get the financial assistance they needed. Second, he had a great product idea - mobile educational furniture. Over fifty years later Fleetwood is still actively promoting and supporting the concept of mobile furniture for learning environments. Fleetwood's furnituredivision specializes in classroom and library products tailored to the needs of learning environments. Fleetwood offers a broad line of standard library products that can be customized to meet specific needs.
