Leather Letdown

The chair is comfortable and does its job for the price. I especially appreciate the subtly padded armrests, and the chrome accents are handsome. It would have gotten 4 or 5 stars but I was disappointed with the faux leather. Its stiff and has a cheap, plasticy sheen and texture to it. It came out of the box wrinkled in the front --a month later still hasnt smoothed out.
