Great for a small space from Oregon on 02/12/2014
We have this space heater set up in a small room that's exactly 100 sq. ft and for that size of a room it works fairly well. The thermostat is very accurate. The only thing I don't like about it is that it takes a long time to heat up the room, especially on a cold day. If you want the room to be warm when you come home, then you have to leave the heater on all day while you're gone. Once it heats up though, it works like a champ. Like I said, great for a smaller space.

Love the idea but the thermometer stub wrecks the thermostat function. from Lewisville, TX on 11/24/2014
This thing would be perfect to suit our needs if the designers had considered that a thermostat thermometer needs to be further than an inch and a half to get a reasonably accurate reading. I had to set the unit on 99 degrees - the highest it would go for it to warm the room to 74 when it was in the 25 - 30 degree range outside. The thermometer reads 94 - 96 degrees even though the room is 70 - 74 degrees. It also made the paint on the wall bubble - even with the heat reflector. The thing stays keeps on heating all the time - so if I had to do it over again - I'd buy the one without a thermometer & just let it run. In the event it gets the room warmer, because it doesn't have a thermometer stub - just do like other people & get the thermostat that goes on the electrical outlet. To the manufacturer: You can make a wand instead of a stub that stores along side of the unit & when in use - you pop it up - like an arm. Then I think it might work. I think it could work without the thermometer stub. thermometer stub makes for inaccurate readings.

Nice, neat product from iowa on 10/28/2014 – Verified Buyer
Using to heat hose reel insulated enclosure box in barn (rather than forced air heater which wear out quickly and trip out on overheat). This went up easily, cord is long, thermostat simple, LED readout for temp (can't see it in picture) +/- to set temp. Saving the 1 star to see how it works over time. Would actually look ok on a residential wall application if you could hide the cord (which is to the left of the on/off).

termastat from Fulton, NY on 11/05/2014 – Verified Buyer
The built in thermastat is not calibrated . I set the temperature to 90 to get the room to 72 degrees . The room I was attempting to heat is less then 80 square feet with 8 foot ceiling . I am not sure that this heater will work once the outside temperature dips to sub freezing

Great idea, questionable results from Kansas City, MO on 10/19/2014 – Verified Buyer
Ordered this for a small bedroom and also a couch area. setup was awkward.Previous ceramic heaters had ceramic elements enclosed in a frame. This seems to be a solid ceramic sheet. I'm not sure the thermostat is accurate because the thermostat says 74 and the other wall thermometer said 65. Still early days yet.
