Mat bought for the computer chair after new high pile carpet was installed. The mat fits perfectly and the chair's wheels are not stuck in the carpet. Delivered much quicker than was estimated. Great product. Great service.

It came on time; I got what I expected. It is stiffly rolled up in the box upon arrival. It needs to be flattened with four thick books (cookbooks worked for me) for 24 hours. Hopefully this one won't crack through like my last $20 mat for low pile carpet, which barely lasted over 1 year. I didn't realize I needed the one for high pile.

Protects my thick carpet and doesn't slide around. Really like this. Great price for the quality. Would definitely recommend to others.

Purchased 3 of these for our office. They came rolled up. After laying them out for a day, we were able to put them to use. They don't dent, and look classy. Will purchase more to replace the older ones in the office as we "retire" them.

I replaced one .170" thick which had cracked in the middle. It lasted about six years. This one is .200" thick and it works great on thick carpet. Will keep my receipt to claim warranty if it starts to crack like the old one..

This chair mat is extremely heavy duty. It is very thick, beautifully clear and a perfect size. It is truly a premium product.

Comes rolled up and had to lay flat for a couple of days before it could be used but is a very hard plastic that holds up to our office chairs very well. I have tried the cheaper ones but they break right away. Worth the money..

Very good mat in the month I've had it. Flattened out pretty easily. Only minor complaint is that indentations in the mat do form after sitting a while. However, they seem to go away over night.
