Directions don't include window. It is packed separate I had to undo part of one side to go back and cut a pannel to install the window. Fortunately, I wasn't too far along and thought aobut the window. It does leak and needs sealer put in all seams of the roof. |

the building is ok the foundation sucks the building is good the foundation really sucks the steel in the foundation is so thin you can punch a hole in with a screw driver it cannot be used on pillings you have to put on concrete other than that the building is good |

Keep looking Assembled alone, it was a bear. The individual components are flimsy, but the finished product seems to hold it's shape, and is wind-resistant. If you live in a high snowfall area, the roof WILL collapse if you don't clear it off frequently. The roof collapsed on mine after one heavy weekend of snowfall-about 20" of wet snow. [...] I ended up rebuilding the rafters with 2X4's[...] bent joists and get new ones sent to me. Vinyl roof does not make it any easier to remove snow, and it will not slough off by itself. You can NOT walk on the roof to remove snow. The foundation was an unexpected added cost. Had to buy 6 yards of gravel, and a bunch of plywood. Every piece of plywood had to be cut, not one nominal dimension in the whole shed. |

Don't buy too big My feeling on this product went from excited, to complete disappointment followed by OK. After several trips to the [...] she is sturdy. Takeaway points: It took 3 people and probably 60 man hours to build this shed. They should tell you upfront you need a real foundation. It is a flimsy mess until you get the roof up. Instructions are marginal at best. Overall we made it work, I think the 10X15 would be much easier. There is not enough support for the walls when the product is over 15 feet long. We were missing 4 crucial parts for the roof and while we waited for the parts to arrive from Duramax the wind flattened our 4 walls and bent the frame. After receiving the parts and some help from traditional building materials our shed is solid, however it leaks like a sieve. The end product is very sturdy, walls are thin, but it will serve its purpose. Realize you will need lots of silicone to patch roof holes and some self tapping screws. The biggest problem are the poor illustrations in the book, it is hard to ID parts and decide which direction they go. |

Wayfair Shed 10*18 Nice shed, very sturdy better than I thought. One of the reasons for buying this was the build time. I figured it would be as described take 4hrs give or take. Um no, that just wasn't possible. This would take average people a good day. Which if that was the case probably still would have bought it, but would have appreciated knowing the true time frame. |
