Good Shed, tough to put together I am very happy with the way this shed turned out. The day after I put it up, we had a storm with about 45-50 mph gusts and the shed didn't even twitch. The trouble I had was getting it together. The first day (yes it took more than one), we discovered that I was missing a piece. No big deal, and it was rectified by wayfair quickly. Got most of it put the foundation together, walls and hurricane straps. Took about 8 hours to do all of that. Second day was after the missing part came in and took an additional 7-8 hours to get the roof put on, door installed, and window installed. A lot of the extra time was the extras I installed with the shed (foundation, window, hurricane straps, and flooring. I don't hold that against the shed itself, but my own perfectionism. I just want to give a realistic review if there is someone else out there looking to do similar. |

Great Building! Perfect for small yards. Wish I could get it longer. This is the perfect size building for a small space or to be out of sight for a community that likes to limit the use of external buildings. I put mine right against the house and the color is very similar. You could paint to make it look like an extension. Based on comparison, good deal for pricequality. As long as you take the time to read the instructions carefully, I found them very straight forward and ended up putting the building together myself in a half day. I would recommend help though especially putting on the roof frame. Buying the 30 treated plywood floor separate was much easier then expecting them to ship such a heavy piece. It does have to be cut to fit but can be added after the building is put together. |

Very pleased My husband and I put this together and it is exactly what we needed. Looks just like the picture. The only con is that you really need 2 people to put it together. |
