This is exactly what I was looking for in a turntable. This looks similar to what I had as a child. I love the speakers on the turntable in case I don't hook it into the sound system. The sound is not strong, but I didn't expect that out of a built-in speaker, but it sounds good enough. I am very pleased with my purchase. The only thing better would be to have my parents turntable from the 60s, too bad they got rid of it. Lucky for me, this gives a similar feel with a few extra options for modern tech.

This is my first record player since I was four or five I think. I had an old fisher price record player, now lost to time. I was bequeathed some amazing vinyl and had to go in search of a player. This is a great player for the price and I do like that I can play my iphone or ipod over the speakers as well. Very versatile and good sound for a stand alone record player.

I have wanted a turntable that could play my old vinyl records, but would allow me to download my music also. This is the best of both worlds. It has built-in speakers so I can listen to my Lp' s and I can download them too. I love this turntable! It was a great buy!

Bought this for my 90 year old dad...cuz it had the headphone jack. Perfect for him to plug in and avoid using his hearing aids.

Ordered this for my mom for Christmas. She loves it. It's small, so doesn't take up a lot of room. The sound is pretty good for the size of speakers as well. We had some issues with the original one that was sent to us, but Wayfair was so helpful, nice, and made it right. I was completely impressed with their customer service. This is great site to order things from, as well as great prices.
Great for small spaces

I love this turntable, it works great in my apartment. It is no frills and I love the style. I actually have two because i love it so much, one is for our summer home. Highly recommend it if you aren't looking to drop a ton of money and need a way to play your vinyls!
A good turntable to have

For lovers of music, nothing compares to the quality that comes out of a record. This turntable is pretty basic in what t does, but i guess it is good enough for the purpose. Slightly fragile, so need to be careful if children are around.

Bought this for my teenager for christmas and she loved it. She has a growing record collection and it works just fine. I just wish the sound quality of the speakers were a little better when she plugs in her phone to listen to Pandora or Spotify.

This is the second one I have ordered. Sound is Excellent using the ipod port and stereo. The needle is cheap but passable. I upgraded my needle to a diamond tip one. I ordered it for a few dollars at carol's needles.com. Now the turn table sound is much more rich and authentic to the stereo's we had in the seventies and eighties.
