Perfect price, excellent product from Frederick, MD on 05/13/2015 – Verified Buyer
To start, my Cruiser was not packaged in an external box. Wayfair simply slapped a carrier sticker to the outside of the product's original box and shipped. The turntable wasn't damaged at all, but I was seriously surprised. The box looked it had taken a beating. So watch out for that. However once I got my Cruiser home and set it up as per the instructions, it played my records perfectly. I am not an audiophile and I listen to music at low volume levels, so I knew going it not to expect great sound quality. Honestly, the sound is pretty stellar for any kind of built in speaker for this price. The device itself is easy to use and the outside casing is solid and really cute! Like a little suitcase. The Cruiser was a bit smaller than I expected but it's a great size for having on a little end table or if you want a turntable that doesnt take up much space. I haven't tried playing it with headphones yet. But since the quality of the sound was so good via the external speakers, I have no doubt headphones will sound good too! There is a reason these little record players are so popular!

Great little player from Rockwood, MI on 08/14/2015 – Verified Buyer
I thought this was great for the price. I grew up listening to my parents turntable that they bought all the best parts for, obviously the sound quality is not quite on par with one that cost thousands of dollars, but I made that very fair assumption going in. For the price, this exceeded my expectations. It is really cute and I plan on leaving it out as part of my décor. It plays at 3 speeds, but there isn't a dial to fine tune adjust the speed like on most expensive record players. That being said, I played it at the 33 speed last night and it sounded great. I'm really happy with this product. I would recommend it to anyone who has a casual record collection. Mine did come in an external box when it was delivered with all of the instructions and warranty information. The only thing that worries me (as far as durability is concerned), is the arm is really light and a little flimsy. There is a lock for the arm though and I highly recommend always locking it to the stand when it isn't in use. Pros: Great value, Unique, Matches the Description, Functional Decor

Excellent Gift for Teens from Orange County, CA on 09/20/2015 – Verified Buyer
I purchased the Crosley Cruiser Portable Turnable (turquoise) as a 17th Birthday gift for my granddaughter, Mary. She received it today and the text message sent to me from my daughter soon after the package arrived was that Mary was screaming with joy and would need to call me later as she and her friends were off to find a few more vintage vinyls to listen to tonight. I selected the Crosley Cruiser because a local vintage shop has 4 record listening stations, each stocked with this exact model. I have used the stations several times to listen to record selections in order to determine record quality prior to purchase (scratches, skips, sound). I was also able to listen to the records using headphones and the buit-in speakers. Since the Cruiser receives continual use at the vintage shop I felt this was a good choice of turntable for a teen who loves playing records and the high potential that her older sisters and younger brother would steal opportunities to use Mary's fun gift so the Cruiser will be well used. The turquoise color was also a big hit! I was told by my daughter that the sound was good quality and the turntable is simple for Mary to use. I am now thinking of ordering one for myself so I can enjoy my own vinyl collection outside in the patio or garden instead of only when using my current livingroom soundsystem. Pros: High quality; good sound; simple to use; good color selections; portable Cons: Non so far

Awesome! from Somers, CT on 10/14/2014 – Verified Buyer
This is the third Crosley Cruiser I've purchased in the last year - everyone loves them! Makes a great gift but this one was purchased for my new apartment and I absolutely love this product. So many colors and style choices, there's really one for every person. The sound quality is pretty good and I haven't had any technical issues. I also love that it's a cross between vintage and modern - not only can you play your parents' old records, but you also have the option to plug in your ipod too.

Great beginner record player from Jamaica Plain, MA on 04/21/2015 – Verified Buyer
I was a bit nervous about the quality of this record player, but I must say I'm pretty impressed. If you're not a major audio snob or just starting out with record collecting, I think this is perfect. The speakers look super small, but the volume and sound quality are great (I can play a record in the living room and hear it in the dining room of my condo.) My only complaint is that the auto-return for the tone arm can be buggy (sometimes needs a push, or the record will start spinning again) and that some of the parts feel a little fragile. It's not like "this will last a lifetime" quality, but for the price/if you don't have the space for a full turntable/speaker/audio setup it's a great option. Pros: Great value, portable, good size for small apt/condo Cons: Tone arm control can be buggy, some parts feel really fragile.
