Smells really back but its comfortable
Jessica from Strongsville, OH – Verified Buyer
Bought this for my fiancee, dispite the reviews. They are not kidding when they say it smells. I live in a 1 bedroom apt and my whole house for 3 days has smelled like paint fumes. On the bottom of the chair it reads this product known to cause cancer in the state of California. I put it outside to air out and wiped it down and it still smells. The fiancee likes the chair though. Easy to put together. He says its comfortable and the massage feature is nice. Just make sure you air it out if you buy this chair.
Comfortable Chair and the Massage is a Plus
Dennis from Mundelein, IL
This chair is very comfortable to sit in and provides good back support. It was very easy to put together and took me about 30 minutes to do. The massage works fairly well and provides three zones of massage...lower, middle, and upper back one at a time. It's not an intense massage, but feels pretty good.
Good chair for a good price, but lumpy.

I love that this chair has a massager, and it was a great price, looks nice, and is easy to assemble. It is a bit uncomfortable though. There isn't enough cushion on the seat, and you can feel the hardware underneath when you sit on it. I don't usually notice it, but every now and then it bothers me. I will probably garage sale this at some point, and buy something more comfortable... Pros: Good price, easy to assemble, has massager, attractive chair Cons: Uncomfortable

I like my chair. The seat padding could be a bit thicker, and it putting it together was tricky, to say the least, so am giving it 4 out of 5 stars. For the price, it's a nice looking and fairly comfortable chair. I've only used the massage feature a few times because it's fairly loud and I don't want to disturb my co-workers. Tip for assembly: Connecting the seat with the back via the arms is the tough part. Don't tighten any screws until you've got everything attached, If you tighten one side you won't be able to make the screws reach on the other side.

I was a little unsure about the massage part of the chair but after receiving it, I am totally impressed. Works great and beyond my expectations. It is used as an at home work chair for me so it's quite comfy to sit in for long periods of time. Great gaming or work chair, with such an executive look and feel. Easy to assemble. Cons: Has that new furniture smell for a few days. Wasn't terrible. Lastly be careful with the 12 volt plug in for the massages built in, don't keep it plugged in after charging. I stupidly left it plugged in and turned around rather quickly while in the chair and the cord snapped. Regardless, a buy you shouldn't pass up!
Great looking chair...

Ordered this chair for my son to use while he is at his computer desk. Obviously, must be easy to put together, he is 14 and had it put together before I got home from work. The massage component built into the chair is not what I expected...it doesn't have rolling action, more of a vibration....can be a little annoying. But overall the chair is great, very comfortable.

I like this chair just fine. It is comfortable. The only minus is that it does have an annoying smell, but it does lessen after time.
Great desk chair
Connie from Tellico Plains, TN – Verified Buyer
This is a perfect chair for our office area. It looks good and has a comfortable seat. The extra pleasure of having a nice massage while you are working at your desk is wonderful.
Adam from Jersey City, NJ – Verified Buyer
It's comfy and the massage is nice, but it only works when plugged in. It's supposed to charge the battery when plugged in, so you can use the massage feature wirelessly, but it seems the battery never charges.

I love this chair. Bought it for work because I have a bad back that goes out every once in a while. The chair that was at my desk was too big and had too much room with no support. This chair fits me perfectly. When I sit in it, not only is it comfortable, but it has a high back, soft leather and a massage control panel with multiple settings. This chair gives me support where I need it. The only drawback is the plug for the massage control panel is not that long (approximately 3 feet) so I have to be aware when I move my chair around. Sometimes the plug comes out. this is only an issue because the massage control panel needs to charge. It the plug comes out and I am not aware I will have to wait when I plug it back in that it is charged when I want to use it.
