I was worried about the smell after reading this, but it went away in two days, without having to air it out outside. The massage feature is really just a vibration. Won't use that much but am very happy with the look and feel of this chair. I was having back issues because I had been using a regular chair, and they have since gone away.

Arrived instantly. Handsome leather chair the offers the added benefit of a knee to neck massage when sitting. The price was a few dollars less than on other sites. It was available on Wayfair when out of stock on other sites. It looks and operates exactly as described. Well designed and very easy to put together. Instructions complete. Both the seat and back are well padded and I feel as though I could work for hours. The padded leather arms slope gently down and vibrate with then the massage element is turned on - very relaxing. Because of the slope, the arms fit nicely under my desk and also a work table. I really can't imagine a better chair in this price range.

It was shipped very fast. The chair is comfortable. I'm happy. I use it in my office. Client sit in it as they get a foot detox. They seem to really like it.

What I didn't expect was the made-in-China smell. It's sort of like fumes when following a cluncker down the highway. I've washed it with a sudsy cloth several times and tried lemon oil but it still smelled to the point of making us sick. We set it outside on the porch overnight and the smell is gradually disappearing. If you can stand to air it out for several months, the chair is very comfortable.
