The pump provided was a piece of junk. It's like trying to blow up a blimp with a straw. When I got the ball to the size I wanted, the tip of the pump broke off into the ball and I couldn't get it out. All the air was coming out so quickly that I panicked because I didn't want to go through all that pumping again, so I tried to take out the tip with my teeth, and chipped my front tooth. Yes, my own fault, but it could've been prevented with a better quality pump. Attaching the back spine to the hoop part was a pain. I had to use pliers to bend a bracket in order for it to get the screw holes aligned. I'm using it without the arms and I'm not using it entirely inflated because it's too high if it's fully inflated, which is good since I've read so many reviews on how these ball chairs are too low. Only problem now is that it rocks back and forth. Yes, most office chairs due that, but those types were built to rock a bit. They have springs under neath the chair. This doesn't So I'm just hoping it doesn't break. Been using it for about a week and my back is definitely better than with my old executive high back chair. Hope it lasts.
I love the chair.....it works!!!

I love it, especially when i get home, because my abs are getting sore and and I know that it works. I use it at work. I love when I turn, so you can work out your waist too. I have some people at work that comment on where they can get one. I have referred them to your website.
Smaller than expected
K from Arkansas – Verified Buyer
My wife and I both thought this balance ball chair was a LOT smaller than we expected it to be. For that reason alone we're rating it a little lower. Had it been larger, we'd given it a five. Quality wise, it's fine and as expected. It's just really small.
good chair, hard to assemble

I love the chair--very comfy, the right height and with a smaller footprint than my old office chair. My behind feels better in this chair. The directions for assembly, however, consist of 4 small drawings--that is it! They combine several steps in each drawing, and you find out the hard way that if you do them in the wrong order you have to unscrew things and start over. It really takes 2 people, but I managed. However, there is one screw that simply would not line up, so the back of the chair is held together with 2 instead of 3 screws, and I'll just need to be careful to check it now and then.
great chair however the instructions on assembly leave something to desire

Pros out weigh the cons

This chair is great for taking pressure off your lower back. Your body naturally adapts to tightening the core when sitting. I am at 6’2” and it fits perfectly. Other people in my office tried it, but they had to do a little hop onto the chair. It won’t fit for all desks either. Other than that, the pros out weight the cons.
This made our secretary smile.

She had been asking for a exercise ball to use at her desk, but was afraid of not being able to move between desk and file cabinets. This solved the problem. She has had it for about four months and would not go back to a regular chair. The proof that she wouldn't switch -- she moves it from room to room so that she has the use in any meeting throughout the complex. It was shipped quickly and only took minutes to assemble. It was a great value compared to several other brands.

Got chair for my wife at work, she likes it so far. Assembly directions are cryptic and hard to follow.

The chair is very low, and the arms of the chair are even lower. The concept is great, and a good 2nd option chair for those that sit for long periods of time. But as a primary chair it's not designed very well ...

Love the chair but would like a higher back. The arms are a great addition!
