These chairs are perfect a patient waiting area. It is our standard order for lobby chairs.

The chairs are very comfortable and look great in our contemporary office. We purchased 6 for our waiting room and they fit most patients. The only thing is I wish the manufacturer made them also in brown. Most of the chairs have smooth seats but one is more wrinkly. Otherwise, we are happy with our purchase!

Bought for reception area, material tecture was duller than I excepted...fits biggest and smallest clients

The chairs are used as office chairs for visitors and also in the lobby. They look stylish and are fairly comfortable. The assembly instructions were a little confusing, but once one was assembled the others were easy to put together.

Was warned about these chairs arriving with NO hardware (screws, bolts, caps, etc) and that's EXACTLY what happened. Good chairs, but BOSS (parent company of chairs) has the WORST customer service in this country, called to relay the missing hardware problem and was told "sorry, we'll send some out when we have time, via regular mail" this after I needed the chairs set-up correctly the FIRST time for customers in our waiting room. BUYER BEWARE, look elsewhere then BOSS COMPANY products, not only do they arrive missing parts, their correction is not only slow but disingenious and completley misleading.

the chairs came un assembled. the screws were hidden throughout the entire chair. i advise that you really take your time or you will miss all the screws...
