These chairs worked perfectly for our auto spa's waiting area. Customers actually comment on how comfortable they are. We've only had them for a few days so can't comment on longevity but they feel sturdy. We're very happy.

Our Customers love this chair! We use it as our client chairs in our salon and every hour of the day. They stand up to a lot of abuse. Wide enough to accommodate some larger heavyset people too.

overall pretty satisfied. you have to follow instructions closely, especially the part about not tightening any screws until fully assembled. These chairs do not adjust for uneven fit or floors but for the most part they are fine as is. Very sturdy and seem capable of holding very heavy guests.

I have an adult care business in my own home and have bought these chairs to use in the kitchen area. They are constantly used; either for games, eating, or just sitting and talking. Everyone enjoys them and says how comfortable they are. The only thing that I would say negative about them is that they are bulky (heavy), don't have rollers and are harder to move. I did buy them specifically for that reason -- because I didn't want the chairs to roll away. Also, once in a while, the chairs need to be adjusted (height adjuster on back legs bottom).
