We bought this chair for our office and we love it. Very comfortable and has good lumbar support. Easy to assemble and we were using it in no time!

I did so much research and read many reviews before deciding on this chair. I sit for long periods at a high counter at my business and need to be comfortable. I have back pain so I need a supportive chair. I am happy with the amount of cushioning, ability to adjust the height, tilt and seat angle to customize to my comfort. My only complaints are the vague instructions. I had to flip things around and use trial and error to figure out the foot ring assembly. And other complaint is the way it was packaged. The plastic handle on the lever that adjust the tilt of the seat was in pieces when it arrived. The packaging could use some more care and cushioning. Overall I'm satisfied.

the product is great I use them in a small office, that has elevated desks, and it was hard to find chairs that would go up that high these worked perfect, and I love the arm rests. The only bad thing is the handles on the levers were broken, this doesn't impede it from working proplerly, but when you order something new and for a high price you expect it to be "new" and not with broken pieces

The only issue is that the back needs frequent adjustments. it does not remain reclined, making sitting in the chair a little challenging at first.

Needed a chair to sit at a receptionist desk and was concerned about finding one suitable. Looked up Wayfair on the Internet and shazam, there it was. Love it
