This is a solid workstation. It deserves 4.5 stars but since that option is not available I give it a 4 star rating. The build quality is solid and after putting it together it stays solid.I take away half a star because adjusting it up or down requires an allen key to remove screws. It should have had knobs that could be removed by hand.It was too high to use as a desk workstation. I remedied this by lowering the top completely and drilling two holes on either side lower down on the steel frame. Now I can use it as a standing workstation or a seated desk station. The lower most rack holds a large Canon Laser Jet printer with no problems.
Works great as a stand up workstation
Stands at work from Tucson, AZ
I was looking for an inexpensive standing height workstation that would fit alongside my standard desk in my cubicle. This workstation is perfect for my needs. The shelves are thick and sturdy, and the casters are nice smooth rubber (not like your typical desk chair casters). The side supports could be more reinforced- there's a bit of wiggle if I bump the desk- not enough to be a problem, but it's there. Assembly was easy, and very straightforward. The instructions were clear, the hardware was separated by type and easy to locate within the packaging, and there were several extra screws- if any of them had been mis-threaded, this would have been a lifesaver. At it's max height with the casters, the top of the upper shelf is about 45" high, and the top of keyboard shelf is about 41.75". I'm 5'6", so my monitor sat a little low, but I bought a V7 clamp-on monitor mount that works great. If I used a full size keyboard, there would not be enough room for my mouse, but I use an HP wireless mini keyboard, a Logitech wireless keypad, and a Logitech Anywhere MX mouse- there's more than enough room for all three.

Compact, solid workstation. Not easy to adjust the height, but I can work with it with a bar stool. Recommended.

Excellent mobile desk
themishmosh from NE Ohio – Verified Buyer
This mobile desk is very sturdy next to many consumer grade furniture. The wheels are good quality and allows for smooth movement. The adjustable height was still too high on it's lowest setting so I drilled a couple of holes on each side to achieve a better height. also, the metal bracket on the side to hold the computer unit is not the most sturdy--a flat surface for the computer tower to sit on would have been better. Still, I would repurchase this desk in a heartbeat--excellent value and quality.

The only problem I had was the work space height - it was designed as stand up unit but I couldn't find a similar product for seated work - I was able to lower all the way down and drill some new holes - works great for my needs of a portable desk
A well made product at a good value.

It was easy to assemble. It fits perfectly the dimensions I needed for my small room. I had almost given up trying to find a desk/workstation and was just going to try and make my own. Furthermore, it is sturdy and portable-genius!
