What I expected from a shed in a box The final product is exactly what I need and works great. Construction was tricky at some points because the instructions were hard to follow. My biggest complaint is that I had a very hard time get the screws to start once I was doing the siding. Some holes I had to try three or four screws before Id make any progress. |

Good product, amazing capacity Although it took me two days to put together (lots of parts), it's well worth the effort. I was worried that I chose a unit that was too small for my needs, but ended up only using half of it. |

Save your money !!! This is a very poorly designed product. Assembly is a real headache and a real pain. Holes don't match up, pieces don't connect as indicated without modification, and assembly instructions are poorly written and diagrammed. Manufacturer's customer service deptartment, useless. |

A Poorly Designed Product This shed was designed and engineered poorly. Indications are that corners were cut to save money by Manufacturer. Examples: 1. First, their written instruction manual lacks specificity, and is poorly written. 2. This products illustrations assembly diagrams show locations point of holes and connecting slots do not match up when assembling. This makes assembling this product a real frustration. 3. Parts do not connect, snap and fit together as indicated. Specifically the header/door assembly. Besides, who ever heard of a "two piece door header" ? This part and others should have been one piece for quicker and easier assembly. 4. While Arrow's customer service recorded my complaints, their overall attitude was to deny the products problems and offer no real remedy other than to say, "sorry you not happy with out product". I'm still trying to assemble this monstrosity and when I do, I'll update my review to be sure. The sad news about this product is, that the box indicates "Proudly Made in tha U.S.A." My advise is to shop for a different shed from a different manufacturer and avoid the aggravation of this product. |
