Could have been 5 stars easily

We purchased three of these carts and the purchasing process was easy and shipping was timely. When they arrived they worked properly after a couple simple tests. Although we have not tested one fully loaded yet we have no reason to see why it would be any different than the results from our simple test. The reason this review did not receive 5 stars - is that a couple of the wheels were worn where it appeared they had been dragged with the wheel locks on, which made one cart have a slight wobble but not worth returning as the cart functions properly and the wobble is not horrible.
