AmpliVox Sound Systems Halogen Reading Lamp

Installed per instructions to a small surface church lectern. Nothing great about this light for intended use as advertised by you and on the amplivox website. It doesn't light up more than a few inches of lectern surface. 25 watt bulb makes this light seem perfect but found that 12volts doesn't provide enough "juice" to make use of the bulb. Also called amplivox and tech said the light isn't meant to illuminate anything more than a small piece of paper. I suggested kindly to the representative that they remove their advertising as to lighting up any lectern.

I bought two of these lights. One for the pulpit and one for the Lectern at our church. The ability to brighten and dim the light is a great feature. The look very similar to our microphones and blend in very well.
