Great started right up runs great easy to assemble. Can't beat it. I would recommend it highly. Portable easy to maneuver simple to operate and has plenty of power in a pinch.

A nice generator, the set up was easy, just enough power, will all the feature I needed at a great price.
Good for minimal items

After Sandy hit - we needed something quick to run a few things and this was JUST enough. Could use a larger generator, but if you're looking to run the fridge, a few lights, maybe computer, etc... this is good. If you're looking to fire up the furnace or do laundry - forget it, go larger. If there were larger units available at the time, we would have went for it.

Has loud rattles, and has loud exhuast muffler. Also is only rated to handle 13 amps. Average US house outlet is 15 amps, and that's just for small appliances. Would be OK at 300.00, but too high priced for what it is. Not worth the money.

Your 3000 model has 3000 watt output, your 5000 model has 5000 watt output. Your web site said that your 4500 model has 3000 watt output so I called your customer service and asked if it was a miss print and he told me it was, and that the output is 4500 watts. the label says that the output is 3000 watt. the 110 outputs have 20 amp breakers so I am going to see how I can convert the 220 volt output to 110 so I can use the 30 amp breaker to run my airconditioner. Otherwise, it starts with one pull usually and runs a little noiser than I thought it might.
