Great find after long search

I have looked at many bed, but could never find one that was right. This one had the sleigh headboard with minimum surfaces to dust and the footboard is rounder so there are no edges to catch me as I walk around it. The color is a rich tone, darker than I thought I might like. When I saw it I changed my mind. It has a nice luster. Assembly was straightforward,

Bought the bed for the guest room. The directions are just photos and arrows, took a bit to figure out. The bed will be fine for a guest room, may not be stable enough to not rock around if the person(s) in it are moving much. It is quite high off the floor so I strongly advise a very thin box spring regardless of mattress depth. I bought a standard 7 inch box spring and wish I would have gone with a 4 inch low profile box.
Beautiful bed- afraid to lay on it

The bed is beautiful however I am afraid it is not sturdy at all. Maybe since our bedroom has tile flooring, but still. Make sure when you screw in the thin horizontal support slats you have them on top of the edge and screw them down. We assembled it by having them underneath and screwing up. Now that we've laid on the bed and immediately splintered and broke two of the support slats I guess it's common sense to screw them down and opposed to up, but the directions certainly led us to believe otherwise. Ugh. Not looking forward to taking the bed completely apart and putting back together. Even though I got it on a good sale, I would have hoped a $400+ would have been sturdy. I won't let my kids jump on it that's for sure.

Some light assembling is required for this bed and I had to touch the finish up in a few spots but all-in-all, it was a very good value for the price. The only real negative is the weak mattress support board which I replaced.
Nice affordable bed.

Looks more expensive than it is, rich color and nice quality, i expect it will last. The slats dont provide much support, you definitly need a box spring! Other than that, happy :-)

This bed is gorgeous, just wish it came with a base other than slats with legs. They were a little weak but when I put OSB under the mattress it was very comfortable.

I bought this bed because I always wanted a sleigh bed. In the picture it shows the bed without a box spring but in the description it states that it requires a box spring. With the box sprung you cannot see the headboard at all. Also my husband had to add extra slat supports because it felt like it was going to fall apart one night.
Beauty of a bed!

Beautiful and timeless. It's well made and designed and should last us a while. Assembly isn't bad at all. It's fairly basic and straightforward. I think it was a great deal for the price. We'll definitely keep coming back.
