Bush Achieve Office Suite
Brett from Geneva, IL – Verified Buyer
Purchased the Bush Achieve Office Suite plus an extra book case for my remodeled office. Looks great. All in took about 12 hours to set everything up, which is not bad. Instructions were relatively good, all of the parts were there. There were a LOT of parts. Overall high quality, no complaints. Interestingly (maybe I hadn't read the fine print) both the desk and the printer stand come with 4-plug USB hubs. Really nice touch. Unfortunately, there is not enough power in the USB hubs to power more hungry use cases like i-phone 5 mophie batteries, ipad mini's etc. Kind of makes them useless. Also, while the built in charging stand is modern and cool - it's not easy to get cords from there to the USB charger splitter (if it worked) and quite frankly, I would much rather have a drawer in that space as opposed to a flimsy non-attached felt covered piece of cardboard. Wondering if there is a drawer kit available The USB power issue and missing place for a drawer are the only drawbacks to this set, deserves a 4.5, could be a 5.
Nice product, not-so-great instructions

I'm using this as a nightstand because I wanted something with a lot of room for "stuff," so I omitted all the officey parts (USB hub, file folder rails, glass door). I have the oak finish, which I don't usually like because they're too yellow or country-looking, but this one is a very attractive and contemporary sort of light-cinnamon tone. It looks great in my bedroom and has lots of room inside and on top. It's a well-made piece, very heavy and solid, and it all went together perfectly -- no flawed screwholes or damaged or missing pieces, which happens a lot with cheaper DIY furniture. Very easy to put together if you've done this kind of thing before; if you haven't, you'll probably be completely baffled by the instructions, which leave a lot to be desired. There are many, many, many different fasteners and hardware pieces for this, so it's nice that the instruction booklet includes actual-size pictures of the ones you need for each step, and they are very well packaged and pretty easy to identify. On the other hand, there's little or no actual instruction in the instructions, and it was like an IQ test trying to figure out what the illustrations were showing me. I ended up with the middle vertical piece upside-down, not noticing the shelf holes were not exactly centered on the board. It would have been nice to have some sort of this-side-up indication. Overall, though (now that the assembly is done), I'm very happy with this purchase.
Great BIG office suite

Order and shipping was great. There were a couple pieces with some scuff marks, but I decided not to return anything because of the time it would take for a replacement and they are hardly noticeable. The desk had one wrong piece, but a quick call to Bush got a replacement within a few days (yes, I said I didn't want to take the time for replacement pieces. The set will take a long time to build, and the finished product is a little overwhelming, but the dimensions are exactly as advertised and the finished product is beautiful. I'm happy I bought it.
Attractive, durable desk suite
Anna from Kansas City, MO – Verified Buyer
Felt I needed help with assembly, so I hired a contractor to take care of the suite. The pieces are durable and attractive. The warm walnut is darker in person than on the website so I am glad I went with that color instead of the darker cherry finish. However, it's a very attractive finish. A few pieces arrived with dings and I had to order replacement parts. But otherwise the desk suite is as described and advertised. Cons: Two pieces (large desk top & bookcase door kit) arrived with crack or ding.
Very sturdy well made

Very solid nice looking addition to my office for a very reasonable price. The color warm oak is as described. The hardware and stylish feet add to the overall quality of the look. It went together fairly easy. All of the pieces and parts were there and it was well packaged for shipping. Delivery was on time. It is exactly what I was looking for.
Nice Stylish Bookcase...
Peter from Florida – Verified Buyer
I searched high and low for a bookcase with a cabinet for storage to use in my den. Even though this is marketed as office furniture, it is actually multi-functional. The dark, deep cherry matched my tables and case goods which was a plus. I had first purchased and assembled this model in warm oak. Both times I did the assembly by myself and it was pretty straight-forward (approximately 1.5 hr. per bookcase). I was really impressed in how well the doors lined up. The style is perfect for my Mid-Century Scandinavian knock-off look.

Came in two big heavy boxes, shipped fast. Took about 3 hrs to put together, use a power driver or your had will fall off! Directions were ok, draws were the hardest part. The power station is useless, haven't figured out how to use it. An additional draw would be nice. My CPU tower did not fit in the cabinet but not a big deal. Overall good desk for the money.

This is a lot of desk for the money. It is particle board, but is very heavy and sturdy. Assembly wasn't that difficult, considering the size (I was able to assemble it by myself in a few hours). I'm not sure what the point of the space above the drawers is. There is a notched piece of felt-covered cardboard there, and the space drops down into the drawer below. Seems like another drawer would have been a better use of space. Overall, I am very happy with the desk. You won't find anything this big for this cheap at Staples. Believe me, I looked.

Overall very happy with the desk. It is very big but looks good once assembled. I agree with some of the other reviews that the space above the drawers is wasted space. It would be better if it was a cubby or another drawer. I assembled it by myself, it wasn't necessary hard, but it did take awhile doing it alone (3-4 hours)
Product was perfect!

Product takes some time to put together but well worth it. A lot of room on top of desk to accommodate computer equipment and then additional room to work. Fits perfectly in corner of room. It was a gift and the recipient loved it! Pros: Great Value and Lots of Room To Work Cons: Takes Time To Put Together (but worth it)
