Nice product, not-so-great instructions
Patti from Luzerne, PA– Verified Buyer
I'm using this as a nightstand because I wanted something with a lot of room for "stuff," so I omitted all the officey parts (USB hub, file folder rails, glass door). I have the oak finish, which I don't usually like because they're too yellow or country-looking, but this one is a very attractive and contemporary sort of light-cinnamon tone. It looks great in my bedroom and has lots of room inside and on top. It's a well-made piece, very heavy and solid, and it all went together perfectly -- no flawed screwholes or damaged or missing pieces, which happens a lot with cheaper DIY furniture. Very easy to put together if you've done this kind of thing before; if you haven't, you'll probably be completely baffled by the instructions, which leave a lot to be desired. There are many, many, many different fasteners and hardware pieces for this, so it's nice that the instruction booklet includes actual-size pictures of the ones you need for each step, and they are very well packaged and pretty easy to identify. On the other hand, there's little or no actual instruction in the instructions, and it was like an IQ test trying to figure out what the illustrations were showing me. I ended up with the middle vertical piece upside-down, not noticing the shelf holes were not exactly centered on the board. It would have been nice to have some sort of this-side-up indication. Overall, though (now that the assembly is done), I'm very happy with this purchase.
Bush Achieve Office Suite

Purchased the Bush Achieve Office Suite plus an extra book case for my remodeled office. Looks great. All in took about 12 hours to set everything up, which is not bad. Instructions were relatively good, all of the parts were there. There were a LOT of parts. Overall high quality, no complaints.
Great BIG office suite

Order and shipping was great. There were a couple pieces with some scuff marks, but I decided not to return anything because of the time it would take for a replacement and they are hardly noticeable. The desk had one wrong piece, but a quick call to Bush got a replacement within a few days (yes, I said I didn't want to take the time for replacement pieces.
Very sturdy well made

Very solid nice looking addition to my office for a very reasonable price. The color warm oak is as described. The hardware and stylish feet add to the overall quality of the look. It went together fairly easy. All of the pieces and parts were there and it was well packaged for shipping. Delivery was on time. It is exactly what I was looking for.
Nice Stylish Bookcase...
Peter from Florida– Verified Buyer
I searched high and low for a bookcase with a cabinet for storage to use in my den. Even though this is marketed as office furniture, it is actually multi-functional. The dark, deep cherry matched my tables and case goods which was a plus. I had first purchased and assembled this model in warm oak. Both times I did the assembly by myself and it was pretty straight-forward (approximately 1.5 hr. per bookcase). I was really impressed in how well the doors lined up. The style is perfect for my Mid-Century Scandinavian knock-off look.

Overall very happy with the desk. It is very big but looks good once assembled. I agree with some of the other reviews that the space above the drawers is wasted space. It would be better if it was a cubby or another drawer. I assembled it by myself, it wasn't necessary hard, but it did take awhile doing it alone (3-4 hours)
Good use of space, hard to assemble
June from Johnson City, NY– Verified Buyer
This sturdy desk serves the need almost perfectly. The surface is not mouse-freindly, I have to use a pad. The cabinet for the tower is too far away from the side with the keyboard tray, cords don't reach. 42, count 'em, 42 steps to the assembly, so be prepared to devote an entire afternoon or more to the task unless you are a pro at this type of thing. Charging station is OK, but really don't need it. Using this desk in my home office has made me more organized and efficient. It is an optimum use of the space I have. In spite of the few issues mentioned, I would recommend it.

Came in two big heavy boxes, shipped fast. Took about 3 hrs to put together, use a power driver or your had will fall off! Directions were ok, draws were the hardest part. The power station is useless, haven't figured out how to use it. An additional draw would be nice. My CPU tower did not fit in the cabinet but not a big deal. Overall good desk for the money.

This little number is just perfect! I put it together myself - and yes, it took about three hours - but the final product is sturdy, handsome and very usable with the different compartments. Highly recommend.
It fills the bill

After putting together a Sauder table, this was a relief to put together, with each piece marked, although I found it odd that there were no verbal instructions, only pictures. But, it was straightforward to put together. It's study and it looks like it will do the job for me well.
